Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Shipping Partners We ship via trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket-integrated carriers (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees) based on your pin code and order weight.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote areas: 7–12 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999 (displayed at checkout)
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.
International Shipping Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon.
