Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products that are damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or personalised products (e.g., engraved bracelets, custom crystal sets)
- Wellness boxes once opened
- Items purchased during sale or promotional events
How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@divinex.world with your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
